zeke_hubrisI also have a feeling that one of my regular half assed attempts at giving up the fags may be about to happen. If it does and you see me out and about with a cigarette in my hand please feel free to point out that I'm supposed to have quit. Just don't be offended when I turn around to face you with a feral gleam in my eye and scream "Fuck off! I need this to stay alive!" :-)

Good luck, although I have been told using the patches and gum is a waste of time. As one person said the only way they work is if you roll them up and smoke them.

As for the best way to quit, I truly believe that there is only one effective technique (For me anyway). That is to give up the fags completely and rely on willpower to get through it.
