I think it should be multiple checkboxes, because it seems to be a combination, and a lot would depend on your demeanor and movement. I voted cybergoth, but could just as easily see it pulled off as beatnik.

Good point, you should have been able to check more than one box. Also I forgot a couple of obvious options like skater and geek.
You make a good point about demeanour, I've seen guys in pristine suits who still managed to be obviously punk. It really all does come down to attitude and confidence.
