This not smoking thing is apparently doing strange things to me. I have started exercising regularly again. Not a lot just a brief series of push ups, sit ups and stretches I adapted from the Canadian air force health plan thingy. I'm feeling so healthy that I might actually take up a new sporty type activity. I've been considering Yoga for a while, but then again I met a guy a while back who offered to teach me proper medievel sword fighting. Of course I may just start swimming on a regular basis again. One way or another I'm going to get fit.
