I really am a soppy git. We just sat and watched Notting Hill and I once again really enjoyed it :-)

Christ...jamie and I watched it and actually held hands at the end...not intentionally, hands just migrated towards each other.

It's unavoidable. It's just too...sappy-feelgood-smiley-something or other. Blame the movie, not yourself!
