I should get out of bed in a minute. I've got to get myself over to Sutton Hospital to do the second day of my Basic Health and Safety Certificate course. There is an exam at the end, but I really cannot get myself too worried about having to get twenty out of thirty multiple choice questions right...

Update: Just in case anyone is interested I passed the Basic Health and Safety Certificate exam. It was far from challenging.
Example Question: You think a co-worker may have been electrocuted. Which is the best reaction from the following?:
A: Douse him with water and then put a blanket on him.
B: Turn off the electricity and put him in the recovery position.
C: Sit him in a chair and give him a warm drink.
D: Keep him warm and observe him.

Not really brain surgery,I think you'll agree :-)
