Ouch. One of these days I will actually get round to letting a doctor have a look at my shoulder. It feels like two pieces of jagged granite scraping together this morning :-(

Anybody want to make me a new icon? I've got one that I never use and could use a replacement for it. I'd do it myself but my computer is just too shit for that to be an option :-(
