Dead and Buried

That was a fun night :-)

Started off in the Worlds End with faerierhona, boy_of_isis and a truly terrible pub singer bloke who played Oasis covers and horribly butchered 'I Touch Myself' by the Divinyls. After saying goodbye to Rhona and finding micina we headed off to Gossips.

My first thought on getting in was 'Wow, I haven't seen this many "proper" goths since Disturbance died'. Much drinking occurred along with bouncing to some fantastic music, much of which I hadn't heard on a dancefloor in years. The one tune that really made my night was 'I Feel Insane' by Daisy Chainsaw. I love that song and have never heard it played in a club before.

All in all it was a very good night. The DJing was a touch ropey at times and some of the choices of music were a little odd, but I'll be looking forward to the next one. And a big thankyou to gothstevek and silverfiligree for giving me a lift home :-)
