Picnic

Yesterday was the netgoth picnic in Hyde Park. Despite the weather being a little iffy at times it was a hell of a lot of fun :-)

Jude entertained many people by shouting 'Bilge rat!' and was very happy as he got to play with a kite. cyberpunkgrrl did her fiery thing and as per usual it was a joy to watch. vexen demonstrated how to climb trees and Wizard showed how not to...

I think about thirty or so people turned up over the course of the day and we put on a good show for all the bemused passers by. I was amused by the fact that the police kept driving by us, I think they were struggling to believe that we weren't doing anything wrong :-)

I would just like to say a big thankyou to all the people who took the time to play with Jude, both he and I really appreciated it.

I was dead on my feet by the time we got in and collapsed into bed after watching the last episode of '40' (thankyou kesstrel). I quickly fell asleep, but had a night of truly odd dreams. They were filled with blood and violence, five legged shadow beasts and feral cat-people and yet had a strangely sexual quality to them. I'm not even sure I want to interpret that :-/
