Another very long day. The case presentation this morning was interesting. It was nice to see the case presented in context with all the information I didn't have access to (Bloods, immuno, etc). Rest of the day was hectic. We really need more staff.
And now, I'm going to spend the evening doing very little. Washing my hair and going to sleep are the two most likely activities.

It is most definitely a Pogues kind of evening. The only thing lacking is a nice big bottle of cheap and nasty whisky and someone to drink it with.
