I have a small, single room in my flat that is currently available. The flat is situated close to South Croydon station and about ten minutes walk from the center of Croydon. You would be sharing with me and an open minded non-goth.

The flat has recently been refurbished and has a large lounge.

Both of us smoke, so the place would probably be better suited to a smoker.
