I've just had my post-festival bath and am now feeling approximately human. A few hours sleep should do the rest.

It has been a trul excellent weekend full of good music and good company. Thanks to phrixus_nyx, treviskato and cyberpunkgrrl for making it so much fun.

There will be photos later, including one of me looking like a gay nazi.

The band of the weekend, in my opinion, were Flogging Molly. I really can't recommend them highly enough. Really. Check them out :-)

A thought struck me whilst I was wandering around the Reading festival.

Why do the German army overproduce their shirts? Practically every kid at the festival was wearing a German army shirt. Presumably they were all bought from army surplus stalls.  Thats a hell of a lot of surplus shirts.

Personally I suspect that the German military are funding themselves by producing cheap shirts and selling them to English alternakiddies.
