Time for another round of 'Just how useless with all things computer related are you Mark?'

I'm trying to insert a .pdf file into a word document. I just want to stick the .pdf into the .doc as the last page, unfortunately i can't seem to find a way to do this that doesn't destroy the formatting of the .pdf.

This is probably horrifically easy to do, but I really can't see how to do it. So could one of you good people please explain it to me in nice simple language, please?
