I just got home to find my new phone sitting in the hall waiting for me. Not only that but phoning up and getting it reconnected took all of 5 minutes. Frankly I'm impressed with Oranges customer service.

For those who are wondering I still have the same number.

In other news the temperature in our lab today managed to hit 34 degrees. We are giving serious thought to staging a walk out if something isn't done about it soon.

The Executive Suite album by The Wiseguys really is perfect music for this kind of weather :-)

I should point out that yes, this is the band responsible for that bloody awful 'Ooh La La' track. Well, actually its only half of the band. The other guy left after the first album which is the one I'm plugging. Judging by the nosedive the quality of their music took he was the one with talent.
