True. They only played two tracks off St.Anger in the Reading set. The rest of it was pretty much a 'best of' and kicked ass :-)

They played at Reading? Just goes to show how much I've gone off them - there was a time when I'd know when one of them farted!

They played on the Sunday night. Pretty much the only reason I went to Reading on the Sunday, well them and Winnebago Deal.

They WERE the only reason that I went. They kicked arse, though - spent most of the set bouncing in the middle of the crowd with Sarah on my shoulders.

It was shortly after the Metallica set that I decided I'm going to go to Kave and take a couple of pyrotechnics courses.

Danny tried to get tickets for a whole bunch of us, but was too late. *Sigh*

Ah, well... Many other bands, many other gigs.

Just remember to be very nice to me ;-)

As long as they don't play anything past 1991. Though they can't get out of playing stuff off the Black album really... If it's indoor they've got a fighting chance to not suck like the two outdoor times I saw them...

Yesees, I saw them once there myself as a whipper snap, they played in the round on two disconnected stages, from which they would switch unexpectedly. Have a good-un.

Ooh a lil tip, avoid the cloakroom at all costs, unless you like waiting about two hours at the end of the night... not saying it will be like this but it was for me.
